Bayside Business Enterprise Centre Limited makes available its consulting and advisory services on a gratuitous basis and on the understanding that neither Bayside Business Enterprise Centre Limited, its Executive Officer or staff, nor any of the Members of Bayside Business Enterprise Centre are responsible for any liability or loss resulting from any of their actions, recommendation or advice, or any failure to take action, make recommendations or give advice. Bayside Business Enterprise Centre Limited, its Executive Officer and staff, and the Members of Bayside Business Enterprise Centre Limited hereby expressly disclaim any and all liability whatsoever, to the full extent allowed by law to any person, arising out of or connected in any way to the services provided by each and any of them, including any liability for negligence.
Consent to Provision of Client Contact Details to the Department of Industry & Science
The services provided by the Bayside Business Enterprise Centre Limited are funded by the Australian Government through the Australian Small Business Advisory Services Programme delivered by AusIndustry.
As part of the Australian Government’s efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of the services provided by Bayside Business Enterprise Centre Limited, and to seek areas for improvement in their services, the Australian Government has requested the contact information of clients who access the funded services.
Your contact information will only be used to provide you with evaluation surveys about the services provided to you by Bayside Business Enterprise Centre Limited.
The Department of Industry & Science will keep your contact details protected, in line with the Information Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988, and we will only use your details for the purpose of conducting surveys in regard to the Australian Small Business Advisory Services Programme.
Such a survey may be carried out by a reputable market research organisation which would be contractually bound to the Information Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 as if they were part of the Department.
The results of any survey will be aggregate data and will not be capable of identifying you or your organisation individually. Please note that participation in the evaluation of the services provided by the Bayside Business Enterprise Centre Limited is not mandatory and will not affect your eligibility for services under the Australian Small Business Advisory Services Programme. You may withdraw your consent to participate in the evaluation of the Australian Small Business Advisory Services Programme at any time by contacting the Bayside Business Enterprise Centre Limited.
